Ruth Brown

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Ruth has been building software start-ups for more than 30 years and is a passionate supporter of women in technology. She co-founded and was president of SpeechCycle, a market leader in cloud-based contact center optimization solutions for the telco market, acquired by Synchronoss Technologies. Previously she was COO at BuzzCompany.com, a provider of enterprise collaboration and messaging software, which Multex.com acquired. She was a founder of Software Corp. of America, a provider of enterprise reporting and analysis software. Ruth is an active alumna of the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a Trustee of the Wisconsin Union Association supporting student leadership and activities and development efforts for the Union’s priorities. She also participates in the Women’s Philanthropy Council/Tri-State Initiative.
