This position

We are seeking a Backend Integration Engineer to help develop scalable network applications for data stream exchange and translation between Kasisto’s “AI Brain” and our customer’s raw API endpoints.

What you will be doing

You will be part of our newly-formed Application Development Team and closely work with our clients – making a huge impact. You will significantly contribute from architectural design to the implementation layer for a scalable, data streaming application between Kasisto’s “AI Brain” and the bank’s raw API endpoints.

Eventually, you will have the opportunity to lay out the foundation of the backend integration framework from the ground up and continuously contribute to the core of KAI Banking, our conversational AI platform, changing how consumers engage with their banks.

When you are ready to stretch beyond building data streaming applications, you will have the opportunity to rotate and cross-train with any member of the team. You can shadow team members and eventually cross-train on what interests you in terms of application development in parallel –  including frontend to backend development, machine learning applications to conversational reasoning design, presenting information to the end-customer, and evaluating the performance of chatbots!

  • 2+ years experience with Node.js for building Data Streaming Applications and JSON APIs based applications

This position

As a Software Engineer in Test at Kasisto, you will be working hands-on to implement development and test infrastructure.  Within the platform team, you will work side by side with software engineers and devops to help improve testability of our core Conversational AI capability.  You will analyze the codebase from a perspective of scalability and risk and help refactor the codebase to improve testability.  You will write programs and tools to help automate tests and integrate with our continuous integration and build infrastructure.

Key accountabilities

  • Analyze and decompose a complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system.
  • Design and development of automation framework components
  • Write moderately complex code/scripts to test systems, implementing test harnesses and infrastructure as necessary

This position

We are actively seeking a QA Engineer (Software Development Engineer in Test) to be responsible for measuring and improving the quality of our next-generation conversational AI platform. You will be responsible for testing customer projects, creating useful and informative bug reports, designing thoughtful and detailed test cases, and automating where possible.

What you will be doing

You will establish and improve the testing and reporting infrastructure as well as issue daily and weekly updates. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to define test plans and strategies for product releases.

This position

We are actively seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead and manage a team of dedicated Quality Assurance professionals and to be responsible for testing customer facing products, creating useful and informative bug reports, designing thoughtful and detailed test cases, and implementation automation wherever possible.

The QA team that you’ll lead is geographically distributed across NYC and Asia and includes a combination of permanent employees as well as third-party contractors. In addition to managing, you will be a hands-on contributor helping to improve the quality and reliability of our next-generation conversational AI platform. As a QA Manager, you will coordinate and lead the creation and execution of QA test plans, processes, strategies, bug documentation and tracking, and writing automation test scripts in an increasingly automation-centric environment. The test environment spans across a wide variety of projects and environments including multiple layers of testing in functionality, compatibility, reliability, exploratory/ad hoc, load/stress, and usability.

  • Collaborating with the engineering and leadership teams to define our QA strategy and develop a roadmap to support that strategy
  • Coordinating with our Tech Leads and Product Managers to better understand our product, build a testing environment that matches our needs and ensures high-quality releases
  • Developing and executing test plans to identify issues before they ship, and work with our engineering team to instill a culture of quality in development including championing the importance of unit tests
  • Understanding how all elements of our software ecosystem work together and develop QA approaches appropriate for our architecture. This can and will create outside of the box QA strategies for things like NLU & NLG.
  • Working with modern QA tools, bug-tracking systems, and automation tools to guide the evolution of our test frameworks through awareness of cutting edge technology and best practices.

This Position

This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to be the “first” Sales Engineer in Kasisto Singapore! We expect you to be a technical thought leader and a partner to the Sales Rep. You’ll drive all the technical activities that will be needed throughout the sales cycle, from targeting through closing and expansion. Technical Writer - Consultant - NYC

This Position

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer consultant, with the ability to collect and communicate complex information in a clear and concise way. You will be working closely with our engineering and product teams to create professional technical documentation which can be understood by technical and non-technical individuals.

* This is an onsite position, we are not considering remote candidates at this time.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting interviews with subject matter experts to gather information to be documented
  • Writing new and improving existing user-facing and technical documentation in company wiki
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders in the Engineering, QA and Product teams to produce technical documents
  • Reading and analyzing existing documentation and reports and making recommendations for improvement

What you need for this position

  • Bachelors or MS Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant tech writing experience within a software engineering environment
  • Strong technical background and understanding of both technical and financial terms
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Experience within an Agile environment is a plus
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence is a plus
  • FinTech experience is a plus
  • The ability to work onsite in our NYC office at least 3 days per week
