Joshua Schechter brings over 15 years of leadership experience in advancing innovative technologies, with a particular focus on Agentic AI and digital transformation. At Kasisto, Joshua oversees the strategic direction of product innovation, driving the adoption of humanlike, conversational AI solutions that empower financial institutions to enhance customer engagement and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Kasisto, Joshua served as Global Field CTO at Amelia, where he educated enterprise audiences on the value of AI while guiding organizations to maximize the potential of their AI journeys. In this role, he spearheaded initiatives to redefine the future of work and unlock transformative opportunities through generative AI and multi-agent platforms.
Earlier in his career, Joshua held leadership positions at Mobiquity, where he managed key enterprise clients, oversaw secure software development, created strategic product roadmaps, and delivered innovative mobile applications that aligned with client needs.
