Today I am thrilled to announce that Keelan Evanini is taking on the role of Senior Vice President of Engineering and AI and will assume leadership of our engineering and AI teams. I am confident that Keelan’s expertise in managing engineering organizations as well his deep knowledge of AI principles and how to apply them in practice will help Kasisto to deliver game changing experiences to our customers.
Keelan has a proven track record of developing innovative AI technology and deploying it at-scale. Before Kasisto he worked for over a decade at Educational Testing Service and oversaw a team of Research Engineers who were responsible for the operational deployment of complex systems based on speech and natural language processing technology to automatically score millions of responses to standardized assessments annually. In addition, he led a team of Research Scientists that conducted foundational R&D to advance the state-of-the-art in the field of automated speech scoring and spoken dialog processing. Keelan is a renowned researcher with over 90 peer-reviewed publications and 11 patents and will bring a leading-edge and results-oriented approach to developing next-generation conversational AI technology at Kasisto.
