Before joining Kasisto, Lance was part of the executive team at Amelia.ai, where he was responsible for global delivery, partnerships, and strategy. At Kore.ai, Lance played a key role in building out the executive and leadership team with expertise in the contact center space, assembling a high-caliber team that drove significant revenue growth for the company. Earlier in his career, he founded and led Holly Connects, a global organization featured in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for pioneering multi-tenanted voice platform software for large enterprises.
