Joel Silverman is the Chief Revenue Officer at Kasisto. Prior to Kasisto, Joel led sales at CognitiveScale, an AI company based in Austin Texas, creating leading solutions in both finance and healthcare. Previously Joel was Executive Vice President & General Manager at Synchronoss Technologies, a software company based in Bridgewater, NJ, in charge of sales and operations in the Americas and EMEA regions. Joel has also held senior positions at Virgin Mobile and Accenture. Joel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.




Lindsay Soergel

Lindsay is Kasisto Chief Product & Customer Experience Officer, leading the Product, Marketing, and Customer Solutions teams. Lindsay has more than 25 years of experience as a Banking and Fintech executive at firms such as PNC, SunTrust, NCR, Equifax, and Deluxe. She specializes in transforming brands through new growth businesses, and optimizing customer experiences through innovative tech. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Adirondack Trading Partners, which was a start-up venture formed to capitalize on electronic trading technology. He also was CFO for Van Der Moolen Specialists USA, a specialist firm on the NYSE. Recently, he headed the finance team for Dash Financial Technologies, a leading provider of technology and trading execution solutions for institutional investors. Chris received his bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and his M.B.A. from Cornell University. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.

Lou Anne also held senior leadership positions at Digital Banking firms including Malauzai and Intuit/Digital Insight. Lou Anne applies strong operational rigor to the sales team and develops sales process and tools to enable the team to deliver maximum results through strategic thinking and engagement. George started his career at Accenture and has many years of experience in developing digital transformation strategies and managing implementations of complex technology solutions for some of the top banks in the world including Bank of America, UBS, Sun Trust and others. Prior to joining Kasisto, he was at Emirates NBD where he was responsible for the development of the business case for Liv – UAE’s first mobile only digital bank. At Liv, George defined solution requirements, evaluated and selected strategic technology and fintech partners, shaped the product roadmap, and managed overall program delivery.




Keelan Evanini

Keelan has 15 years of experience as a researcher in the field of natural language processing. He has been awarded 11 patents and has published more than 90 peer-reviewed articles on topics including natural language understanding, voice biometrics, and automated speech scoring. Prior to joining Kasisto, he led a team of research scientists and engineers at ETS that developed innovative, machine learning-based applications for the educational technology domain.

Patricia has 15 years of experience as a venture capitalist investing in transformative companies and entrepreneurs. In 2014, Patricia, along with Annie Lamont and Andrew Adams, launched Oak HC/FT, a venture capital fund investing in early to growth stage tech-enabled companies shaping the future of healthcare information and financial services. Prior to founding Oak HC/FT, she served as a venture partner at Oak Investment Partners. Patricia previously held positions at Hewlett Packard and Merrill Lynch, and has over 11 years of senior management experience at Cendant (formerly CUC International). At various times she was responsible for the marketing, operations, or general management of a variety of direct marketing credit card affinity programs. Patricia received her bachelor’s and master’s degree in business from Stanford University.



Jeff Seltzer

Jeff has over 30 years of experience developing new businesses and products across the capital markets as well as advising entrepreneurs, corporations and government. He was a Managing Director and one of the founders of the Financial Products Group at Lehman Brothers and then moved to CIBC World Markets where he became Deputy Chairman of its U.S. investment bank. He then became Chief Operating Officer of Adirondack Trading Partners (the corporate founder of the International Securities Exchange). He is a board member of the New York Angels, the chairman of the Nassau County Local Economic Assistance Corporation and, at the University of Pennsylvania, he is a member of the Board of Overseers of the University Libraries, the Advisory Board of the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business and the Advisory Board of the Wharton Sports Business Initiative.

Manu Rana is a Founding Partner and Senior Advisor to Ten Coves Capital, with over 20 years of experience focused on the financial services market, including 15 years investing at the intersection of technology and financial services. In addition to his role with Ten Coves, Manu is a Partner at Napier Park Global Capital and leads their real assets investments business. Prior to the spin-out of the Ten Coves team from Napier Park, he spent 10 years as the Co-Head of Napier Park Financial Partners (“FP”), the predecessor business. Manu founded the group within Citigroup’s alternative investment arm, and was among the founding partners of Napier Park Global Capital when it separated from Citigroup in February 2013. Before FP, Manu was a Managing Director of Old Lane, and prior to that, was a Managing Director of Lazard Alternative Investments and a Principal of Lazard Technology Partners. Manu started at Lazard in 1994, initially in its financial institutions investment banking group, and from 2000 on, in Lazard Alternative Investments. Prior to Lazard, Manu was a member of A.T. Mike Abbaei

Mike is the Co-founder and a Managing Partner at Naples Technology Ventures. Mike has been a visionary executive throughout his career, initiating a number of M&A activities, transformations, turnarounds and growth initiatives.
Mike retired from Broadridge Solutions Inc. where he served as Vice Chairman and Head of Broadridge Customer Communications, a multi-channel communications business which services more than 900 clients and over 138 million consumers, with revenue of $1.5B+. He joined Broadridge when he sold DST Systems’ North American customer communications business to Broadridge and subsequently built one of the industry’s premier customer communications provider. Prior to joining Broadridge, Mike served as Head of DST Customer Communications, overseeing DST’s customer communications business segment. Before that, he served as President of DST Brokerage Solutions, where Mike shaped the company’s strategic direction for U.S. broker-dealers.
He previously served as Managing Partner for Finix Business Strategies and CEO of Finix Converge both of which he founded and subsequently sold to DST Systems Inc. At Finix, Mike was responsible for the firm’s overall advisory and social networking services and worked directly with asset managers, brokerage firms, financial institutions and Fortune 2000 companies.
His early executive leadership experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Operations Officer at Legg Mason and as President of Legg Mason Technology Services. Mike has also served in leadership roles with Kidder Peabody, Lehman Brothers, CS First Boston and Bell Laboratories.
Mike holds a master’s degree in Industrial Management and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.



Vicky Bindra

Vicky Bindra is the Chief Operations and Product Officer for Nuvei since November of 2022. Vicky leads the strategic product funation and operating processes, including risk and compliance.
Previously to joining Nuvei, Vicky was responsible for the strategic product function across FIS, his role was focused on identifying and creating competitive products and propositions for merchants, banks, fintechs, insurance and investment companies. Vicky joined FIS in June 2020 after spending two years growing Pine Labs, a Sequoia company; a leading payments company in South and South-East Asia.
Vicky has had a global career; based in New York, Singapore, New Delhi, Manila and San Francisco. His career has spanned Product (Visa, Citi) as well as leading large businesses (MasterCard, GE Capital). Creating winning solutions with clients in different geographies, working with regulators and hiring strong talent are areas of focus.
Vicky is a Chartered Accountant and has completed his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of management.

Meyer has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Spending 20 years in product and service delivery to enterprise customers, he’s held senior level positions in Product Management, Business Operations, and Program Management. Prior to joining Kasisto, Meyer was Senior Program Manager at Verint Systems, where he delivered cloud-based call center solutions for the telco market.




Jon Phillips
VP, Product Engineering
For 15 years, Jon has worked as a software engineering leader building language technology solutions in startup and research lab environments, helping software teams build AI products that span areas such as search, speech, and network analysis. Prior to joining Kasisto, Jon ran the engineering team at Appinions, later acquired by ScribbleLive.




Patrick Brennan
VP, Business Development & Partnerships
With over 20 years in the software industry and over 15 years specifically focused on delivering software for banks, Patrick has a proven record of success in managing large teams and model organizations to deliver strategic business outcomes. Prior to joining Kasisto at the beginning of 2018, Patrick spent 10 years as a technology executive Bank of America and 3 years as an account executive at Digital Reasoning, helping banks implement e-communications surveillance solutions.







Zor Gorelov
CEO & Co-Founder
Zor has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. He was the co-founder and CEO of SpeechCycle, a market leader in cloud-based contact center optimization solutions for the telco market. SpeechCycle was acquired by Synchronoss Technologies (SNCR). Before that, Zor founded and ran BuzzCompany.com, a provider of enterprise collaboration and messaging software, which was acquired by Multex.com (MLTX).



Patricia Kemp
Co-Founder & General Partner
Patricia has 15 years of experience as a venture capitalist investing in transformative companies and entrepreneurs. In 2014, Patricia, along with Annie Lamont and Andrew Adams, launched Oak HC/FT, a venture capital fund investing in early to growth stage tech-enabled companies shaping the future of healthcare information and financial services. Prior to founding Oak HC/FT, she served as a venture partner at Oak Investment Partners. Patricia previously held positions at Hewlett Packard and Merrill Lynch, and has over 11 years of senior management experience at Cendant (formerly CUC International). At various times she was responsible for the marketing, operations, or general management of a variety of direct marketing credit card affinity programs. Patricia received her bachelor’s and master’s degree in business from Stanford University.



Jeff Seltzer
Managing Partner
Jeff has over 30 years of experience developing new businesses and products across the capital markets as well as advising entrepreneurs, corporations and government. He was a Managing Director and one of the founders of the Financial Products Group at Lehman Brothers and then moved to CIBC World Markets where he became Deputy Chairman of its U.S. investment bank. He then became Chief Operating Officer of Adirondack Trading Partners (the corporate founder of the International Securities Exchange). He is a board member of the New York Angels, the chairman of the Nassau County Local Economic Assistance Corporation and, at the University of Pennsylvania, he is a member of the Board of Overseers of the University Libraries, the Advisory Board of the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business and the Advisory Board of the Wharton Sports Business Initiative.



Habib Kairouz

Habib Kairouz is a Managing Partner of Rho Capital Partners, Inc. (www.rho.com), a private equity firm with $1.5billion under management and offices in New York, PaloAlto and Montreal.Rho’s business units span various classes of private equity investments, including venture capital, growth equity and buyouts in technology and healthcare companies (Rho Ventures, Rho Canada and Rho Acceleration), and fund investments in all classes of venture capital and private equity funds (Rho FundInvestors).
Habib is a General Partner in Rho Ventures, the direct venture capital arm of Rho, focusing on multi-stage investments in information technology, new media, telecommunications, alternative energy and healthcare companies. Habib is also a General Partner in Rho Acceleration, which focuses on buyouts in the software and digital media sectors. He is a member of the Investment Committees of Rho FundInvestors, a private equity fund of funds as well as Rho Canada, an early stage venture capital fund focused on Canadian companies.

Manu Rana
Founding Partner & Senior Advisor
Manu Rana is a Founding Partner and Senior Advisor to Ten Coves Capital, with over 20 years of experience focused on the financial services market, including 15 years investing at the intersection of technology and financial services. In addition to his role with Ten Coves, Manu is a Partner at Napier Park Global Capital and leads their real assets investments business. Prior to the spin-out of the Ten Coves team from Napier Park, he spent 10 years as the Co-Head of Napier Park Financial Partners (“FP”), the predecessor business. Manu founded the group within Citigroup’s alternative investment arm, and was among the founding partners of Napier Park Global Capital when it separated from Citigroup in February 2013. Before FP, Manu was a Managing Director of Old Lane, and prior to that, was a Managing Director of Lazard Alternative Investments and a Principal of Lazard Technology Partners. Manu started at Lazard in 1994, initially in its financial institutions investment banking group, and from 2000 on, in Lazard Alternative Investments. Prior to Lazard, Manu was a member of A.T. Kearney’s financial institutions practice. Manu received a BA from Columbia University.



Mike Abbaei
Co-founder & Managing Partner
Mike is the Co-founder and a Managing Partner at Naples Technology Ventures. Mike has been a visionary executive throughout his career, initiating a number of M&A activities, transformations, turnarounds and growth initiatives.
Mike retired from Broadridge Solutions Inc. where he served as Vice Chairman and Head of Broadridge Customer Communications, a multi-channel communications business which services more than 900 clients and over 138 million consumers, with revenue of $1.5B+. He joined Broadridge when he sold DST Systems’ North American customer communications business to Broadridge and subsequently built one of the industry’s premier customer communications provider. Prior to joining Broadridge, Mike served as Head of DST Customer Communications, overseeing DST’s customer communications business segment. Before that, he served as President of DST Brokerage Solutions, where Mike shaped the company’s strategic direction for U.S. broker-dealers.
He previously served as Managing Partner for Finix Business Strategies and CEO of Finix Converge both of which he founded and subsequently sold to DST Systems Inc. At Finix, Mike was responsible for the firm’s overall advisory and social networking services and worked directly with asset managers, brokerage firms, financial institutions and Fortune 2000 companies.
His early executive leadership experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Operations Officer at Legg Mason and as President of Legg Mason Technology Services. Mike has also served in leadership roles with Kidder Peabody, Lehman Brothers, CS First Boston and Bell Laboratories.
Mike holds a master’s degree in Industrial Management and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.



Vicky Bindra
Chief Product Officer
Vicky Bindra is the Chief Operations and Product Officer for Nuvei since November of 2022. Vicky leads the strategic product funation and operating processes, including risk and compliance.
Previously to joining Nuvei, Vicky was responsible for the strategic product function across FIS, his role was focused on identifying and creating competitive products and propositions for merchants, banks, fintechs, insurance and investment companies. Vicky joined FIS in June 2020 after spending two years growing Pine Labs, a Sequoia company; a leading payments company in South and South-East Asia.
Vicky has had a global career; based in New York, Singapore, New Delhi, Manila and San Francisco. His career has spanned Product (Visa, Citi) as well as leading large businesses (MasterCard, GE Capital). Creating winning solutions with clients in different geographies, working with regulators and hiring strong talent are areas of focus.
Vicky is a Chartered Accountant and has completed his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of management.


Cristóbal Conde
Senior Financial Services Executive
Cristobal is an active investor in early-stage companies, and a senior member of the Partnership for NYC’s FinTech incubator for software companies. His current investments include True Office, where he serves as executive chairman, Calastone, where he serves as chairman, Centripetal Networks, where he is a board member, and Digital Reasoning, where he is a board member.


Sandeep Lal
Managing Director at DBS Bank
Sandeep heads the Digital Bank and Payments for the Consumer Bank at DBS. He worked with PayPal from 2000 to 2008 in the U.S. and was part of the team that took the company public. His responsibilities included International Business Head and Regional Head for Asia. Prior to that, he worked with Citibank for 17 years in Singapore, New York, Japan and India with the Technology and Operations organization in the Trading, Consumer & Corporate Business.


Tom McCabe
Managing Director at DBS Bank
Tom McCabe is the US Country Head for DBS bank, previously working in Asia for 18 years managing retail, corporate, and institutional businesses across Asia, U.S. and Europe.
Tom carries deep business experience in financial services and consumer goods, with specific expertise in market entry strategies for key Asian markets, including China and India. In addition to his executive roles, Tom’s board experience includes roles as the Chairman of the Board of AXS Pte Ltd, (an Electronic Service Delivery Network), he served as a Non-Executive Director of Travelex Holdings Ltd, (a Global Foreign Exchange Payments Company), and a Non-Executive Director of Merchant Solutions Pte Ltd, (an International electronic commerce and payments company). In 2006 he was invited to join the Global Advisory Board of the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.


David Lynch
CEO at CPT Global, Australia & Asia
In April 2016, David joined CPT Global having worked as one of the leading CIO’s in the region. Most recently, he led the digital transformation strategy and execution for DBS Bank in Hong Kong and Mainland China. David also established Hong Kong’s first dedicated fintech startup accelerator in 2015 in partnership and with technology giants, Amazon, Microsoft and Samsung.


Ken Moore
EVP & Head of Mastercard Labs
Ken has 20+ years’ experience in International Financial Services across retail and corporate banking. Working for some of the world’s leading financial services companies Ken has lived and worked in over 15 countries and held executive leadership roles in Product Management, Technology Delivery, Strategy and Business Development.
In 2016 Ken joined Mastercard as EVP, Head of Mastercard Labs. In this role Ken is responsible for leading Mastercard’s R&D initiatives globally where he will look to further MasterCard’s leadership in innovation, monetize its innovation capabilities and leverage them to win core business and to drive new product development activities.


Dr. Nana Banerjee
AI Analytics Leader and Consumer Banking Expert
Dr. Nana Banerjee joined the Board in October 2021. He brings extensive experience in leading, innovating and scaling analytics, information services and technology businesses globally.
He is a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Cerberus Capital Management and serves on the Board of a number of its portfolio companies. Prior to Cerberus, Nana served as the president and CEO of McGraw-Hill and as a member of its Board of Directors.
Previously, he was group president and a named executive officer of Verisk (Nasdaq: VRSK), with responsibility for its high-growth businesses, as well as oversight responsibility for Verisk’s joint data and development environment and its centralized AI and advanced analytics organizations. He joined Verisk as part of its acquisition of Argus, where he served as CEO, co-president and chief operating officer over preceding roles. In other prior roles, Nana served as head of Citibank’s credit card business in the United Kingdom and as vice president of marketing and analytics at GE Capital.
Nana has a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the State University of New York, a M.S. degree in mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.S. degree with honors in mathematics from St. Stephens College, Delhi. He serves as a member of the Board of the Field Museum in Chicago and the Northern West Chester Hospital in Mt Kisco, New York.


Steve Chambers
High-Tech Business Leader and Speech Recognition Expert
Steve Chambers, with 25+ years of high-tech CEO, sales and marketing experience, has lead both start-ups and large tech company operations. Mr. Chambers currently serves as CMO of Sense, Inc., named by VentureBeat in 2019 as one of the world’s top 100 artificial intelligence companies. Previously, Mr. Chambers served as CEO, Jibo, Inc., building the world’s first consumer social robot for the home and having closed approximately $87m in funding from various venture and strategic capital sources.
Prior to Jibo, Mr. Chambers served as President, Nuance Communications, the global leader in Voice Recognition and Artificial Intelligence solutions. In that capacity Mr. Chambers lead a $2.1b revenue operation and negotiated deals with Apple, Samsung, Google, Amazon, Mercedes, Ford, Toyota, Bank of America, Federal Express, Verizon as well as other leading global organizations. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Chambers was President of the Speech Division; EVP of the Enterprise Division; EVP & co-founder of the Mobile & Consumer Services businesses, and CMO.
