Today, we announced that Stephen Epstein has joined Kasisto as Chief Marketing Officer. Stephen will become a key member of Kasisto’s management team and lead our Banking Applications and Marketing teams. These teams have been hard at work expanding KAI’s adoption and footprint in the industry and solidifying our position as the best Conversational AI platform for the financial services industry.
Today, KAI is leading the charge as the top Conversational AI brain deployed at banks, interacting with millions of users across countries, languages and channels. Stephen will lead our efforts to build and market the most advanced Conversational AI virtual assistants for the financial services vertical. I am confident he’ll hit the ground running and bring his years of experience with banking and AI products in the financial services industry to Kasisto.
Prior to joining Kasisto, Stephen was the Chief Innovation Officer at Merlon Intelligence, a company using AI to provide Financial Crime Compliance products to the banking industry. He led Merlon’s solution vision, product and go to market strategy. Before Merlon, Stephen was the VP of Product Marketing at Digital Reasoning, where he was responsible for the company’s corporate and product marketing and business development. He also held leading technology and product positions at Deutsche Bank, JPMC and CDC Capital.
Stephen is joining the company at a great time: we kicked 2019 off with a strong momentum, rolling out new KAI-powered virtual assistants including Standard Chartered’s Stacy and TD’s Clari while continuing to grow our team. Stephen’s addition to the team will allow us to continue executing our vision of empowering better financial decisions and wellness through AI.
