Since we launched MyKAI on June 28, the response has been great. Clearly, people want to manage their money on messaging apps, and their engagement with Kai, our smart banking bot, has been tremendous. So much so, that we ran into a glitch coping with all this love and supporting the demand.
On Monday, we notified our customers that Kai was temporarily off Facebook Messenger, but still accessible via SMS and Slack. This was while we worked on some issues with Facebook’s API. That’s behind us now, and Kai is back on Facebook Messenger.
We’ve course-corrected and Kai is ready to keep the conversation going on all channels now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Rest assured, we’re at full throttle and Kai is ready to chat and keep up with the demand to come.
