Introducing Kasisto’s New VP of Sales & Customer Strategy

All of us at Kasisto have been on this incredible journey over the past many years to build the financial services industry’s most innovative and intelligent conversational AI technology. This led to the development of KAI, which is now the most broadly deployed conversational AI technology in production, within the financial services industry, and used by more banks than any other platform of its kind.

But the technology behind KAI is really only part of our story here at Kasisto. Our people are equally as important, and there are times I feel that our people are actually more important than our tech. The people that make Kasisto such an amazing place to be at – the teams that work so hard to make KAI smarter every day and our customers more successful in adopting and understanding its impact. 

Over the years our customer strategy team, led by Stefan Savov, developed very deep relationships with every one of our customers, while helping them understand how to leverage the full capabilities of KAI. It’s a fact, every Kasisto customer is a happy customer and are expanding their use of KAI. This is a testament to Stefan’s leadership, interpersonal skills, and care in building trustworthy relationships with our customers.

Today I am delighted to announce that Stefan was promoted to lead our entire sales and customer strategy organization as our new VP of Sales & Customer Strategy, reporting to me and operating within the core management team here at Kasisto.

I’m am absolutely excited to see Stefan step into this leadership role. I am confident that he will be successful in leading our sales organization as we continue our journey to be the leading conversational AI solution within the financial services industry.
