Enterprise Sales Executive - New York

The position

This is a unique, ground floor opportunity for an experienced individual contributor.  We expect you to have a successful track record of selling software products and services to enterprise clients in Financial Services.  You should excel at presentations, prospecting, sales planning and winning the support of C-level executives. We expect you to network and build relationships with target financial institutions through FinTech conferences and meetups, trade shows, and other innovative strategies. We are counting on you to have a major impact in extending our cutting-edge technology to millions of users worldwide.

What you will be doing

  • Researching and prospecting potential new customers and decision-makers.
  • Developing and implementing account strategies.
  • Selling our AI solutions using a consultative, solution selling approach.
  • Generating enthusiasm for our AI solutions at customer meetings, trade shows, industry conferences and other venues.
  • Creating, managing and reporting on the sales pipeline.

What you need in this position

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise/SaaS sales with strong preference for Financial Services retail banking experience
  • Track record of high performance and extremely satisfied customers
  • Experience selling to C-level executives within large organizations
  • Experience with consultative solution selling sales methods
  • Go-getter with strong organization and follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The position
We are looking for a talented Front-End Software Engineer to help build and integrate responsive chat interfaces, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools.

What you will be doing

  • Working closely with clients and internal engineering, product and design teams to gather requirements
  • Building and integrating applications with CSS, HTML, Javascript, jQuery, Webpack, Handlebars.js
  • Working to improve user experience and functionality for tools
  • Writing testable code utilizing common front-end unit and BDD testing frameworks

What you need in this position

  • 3+ years in client-side web development with CSS, HTML, Javascript and jQuery
  • Modern Web Framework experience is a plus (React, Vue, Angular, Ember)

Senior NLP Engineer

This position

We are seeking someone who can see the big picture of how an AI platform works and has a passion for NLU/NLP. You will have a major impact on our Natural Language Understanding and Generation interfaces for our next-generation, multi-modal conversational AI platforms.

What you will be doing

As a Senior NLP / NLU Engineer, you will contribute to the planning, architecture and continued development and improvement of our AI interfaces. You will experiment with new and evaluate our current machine learning algorithms. You will also oversee or assist with the configuration, tool development and general support of a production level conversational chatbots and virtual assistants. Ideally, you have a strong background with Machine Learning, NLP and OO development skills.

Candidates should be familiar with NLU tuning, model building and general messages, and prompt configuration. Exposure to multiple languages or linguistic background is a plus. You will help create delightful consumer experiences by making banking possible through natural language voice and text commands using our KAI-powered bots and assistants.

You should have the ability to work independently within a small, creative, deadline-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow professionally within a fast-moving tech startup.

What you need in this position

  • 5+ years of experience working within NLP/NLU technology
  • D. or Master’s degree with a concentration in AI, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics or related field
  • Experience with Machine Learning and statistical language modeling

This Position

This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to be the “first” sales engineer in Kasisto NYC! We expect you to be a technical thought leader and a partner to the sales rep. You’ll drive all the technical activities that will be needed throughout the sales cycle, from targeting through closing and expansion. You’ll build highly engaging demos and assist in scoping pilots and production deployments of the Kasisto solution for Conversational AI. You’ll often find yourself at the whiteboard, walking clients and partners through our technology, our differentiators, and our proof points. You’ll work with the sales rep to build ROI models that define the business value from our solution. And as our first SE, you’ll help the firm build its global SE function.  By joining Kasisto, you’ll get to work with a top-flight team at an amazing startup in the burgeoning field of conversational AI and you’ll get to work closely with the most innovative banking customers in the world.

What you will be doing

  • Work with sales to propose solutions for conversational AI
  • Help sales build RFP’s and other proposals to clients
  • Scope and build custom demos, POCs etc. for customers
  • Work closely with our services, product and engineering teams to support client engagements
  • Help our strategic partners be effective at selling and supporting our products

What you need for this position
We’re looking for someone who’s technically deep, creative, self-motivated, highly curious, a great communicator, and is naturally able to lead. We’re interested in someone who has experience with selling enterprise software to major global banks, and who can juggle a lot of activities.

Qualifications will include

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • 3+ years of similar experience in an enterprise technology company, preferably startups or small technology companies
  • Understanding of, or experience with, financial services in retail banking or wealth management
  • Willing to travel domestically and globally to support sales activities
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux, Java, SQL, BI and visualization tools, ETL, data management tools
  • Demonstrable ability to create and give amazing technical presentations and demos
  • Excellent communicator who has experience presenting to a wide range of audiences
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning or Data visualization a plus
