This position

We are seeking a hands-on Software Architect to design innovative technical solutions to support our conversational AI platform, KAI. The architect will design and structure our various systems and applications and ensure efficient and scalable architecture is in place.

What you will be doing

The ideal candidate should be able to design and build services with attention given to modularity, scalability and security considerations.This position requires excellent hands-on Java programming ability. You should feel comfortable with the entire process of designing, developing, testing and debugging enterprise software.You should have knowledge of software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, version control standards and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience building distributed cloud-based systems with large or complex data requirements. This position

We are looking for an NLU Engineer to contribute to the planning, architecture and continued development of our AI interfaces and implementations.  

What you will be doing

You will experiment with both existing and new Machine Learning algorithms to design new banking intents for chatbots. The position encompasses the entire scope of designing a chatbot, from the natural language understanding (NLU) and the application flow and context handling to the natural language generation (NLG). You will also oversee or assist with the customization, translation and localization, development of tools, and general support of production-level conversational AI chatbots and virtual assistants.

Ideally, a candidate should have a strong background with Machine Learning, NLP and OO development skills. Candidates should be familiar with tuning and evaluating Machine Learning-based NLU systems. The Position

We are seeking a Strategic Alliances leader to build and scale a world-class alliances organization and strategy that helps Kasisto to grow our indirect, partner-driven ARR over the next 3 years.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the ideal candidate will have both a financial services industry background and experience with enterprise software. This person should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, as well as build and convey compelling value propositions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build the Strategic Alliances plan
  • Execute on the plan to deliver on our revenue objectives:
    • Target, negotiate and execute partnerships with SIs (Systems Integrators), ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) or OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) that drive Kasisto revenue
    • Build a scalable playbook and organization to operationalize it at scale
    • Work with partner operations for onboarding and enablement
    • Drive revenue opportunities through partners and work with CRO to manage partner pipeline and deals

This Position

We are seeking an experienced full lifecycle technical corporate recruiter to help support our continued organizational growth.   • Working with the Director of Talent to extend offers and close candidates
  • Assisting with onboarding, creating a positive candidate to new hire experience
  • Assisting with HR generalist duties as needed

What you need in this position

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical recruiting experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, startup environment
  • Desire to grow as a corporate recruiter / HR generalist
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
